[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 3.12.2014 & 23.03.2015 for grant of selection and special grade to the petitioner by taking into consideration of the service rendered by him as Primary School Head Master and accordingly re-fix his pay within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Honourable High Court.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 3.12.2014 & 23.03.2015 for grant of selection and special grade to him by taking into consideration of the service rendered by him as Primary School Head Master and accordingly re-fix his pay.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 19.09.1988 and thereafter he was awarded Selection Grade on 19.09.1998. Subsequently, the writ petitioner was promoted to the post of Headmaster of Primary Elementary School and further promoted as Graduate Assistant and to the post of Panchayat Union Middle School Headmaster. However, the claim of the writ petitioner is that his Selection Grade and Special Grade in the post of Primary School Headmaster have not been accorded to him based on the Government Orders. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representations on 3.12.2014 and 23.03.
2015, to the second respondent and since the same are yet to be considered, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for the aforementioned relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.12.2014 and 23.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
