This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18120 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am., and evening at 5.00 p.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in week at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation.
