ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to declare that all the burial grounds existing in Tamil Nadu are common to all Hindus and direct the respondents to ensure that there should not be any burial grounds on the basis of Caste, Creed on the basis of his representation dated 22.07.2017.

2. Mr.M.Vijayaragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made and endorsement to that effect.
