Heard Mr. S.T.Bharath Gowtham, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Vadivelu Deenadayalan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to disburse the compensation amount of Rs. 1,61,397/- determined in order dated 30.11.2009 in W.C. 521 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2007 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem to the Petitioner.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that pursuant to Order in Va. No. 10/2019 dated 14.11.2019 passed by the Third Respondent, the sum of Rs. 1,61,397/- towards compensation has been remitted through ECS in the bank account of the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner confirms the same. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration and if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
