It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that there is a proposal to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after three weeks, if the said steps have not been taken.
