Heard Mr.S.Ramajayam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Raameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Admittedly, the petitioner has not produced any documents to show that she is lawfully entitled to the property in question. Unless and until the petitioner produces such a document, the respondent will not be in a position to consider her case.
3.Therefore, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent along with the documents to show that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
she is lawfully entitled to the property in question. If the same is done by the petitioner, the respondent will consider the said request. No costs.
