These miscellaneous petitions are filed to amend the name of the second respondent in the above writ petitions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court to permit the petitioner to amend the name of the second respondent as "Tamil Nadu State Authority for Advance Ruling"

instead of "Tamil Nadu State Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling".

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the writ petitions.
