This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.21115 o f 2023 order dated 12.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
