(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J) C.M.P.Nos.19680, 19682 and 19685 of 2022 have been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant viz., G.Babuji; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant; to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant in the above First Appeal. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.19680 of 2022, C.M.P.No.19680 of 2022 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.19680 of 2022, C.M.P.Nos.19682 and 19685 of 2022 are also ordered.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in A.S.No.301 of 2018.
