The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.14778 of 2021 dated 19.07.2021

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents herein. In proof of which, a copy of the Government Order G.O.(2D).No.259, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Services wing, Ser.3(2) Section, dated 10.08.2023 has been produced before this Court after duly serving it on the learned counsel for the petitioner. also gone through the same.

4. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
