Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Proc.No. Ni2/723/Ko.Ve.Ni.Pa /2024 dated 21.05.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent and Proc.No. Ko.1/2024/AEE/T.Malai dated 19.06.2024 passed by the 4th respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to disburse the petitioners retirement benefits based on his actual last drawn salary i.e. Rs.16600-1650-52400 (Basic Pay of Rs.36800).
