O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to Form a special team to secure the Accused persons in connection with Crime No.616 of 2019 on the file of second respondent herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2019.

2.On the compliant lodged by the petitioner, which was registered in Crime No.616 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and after completion of investigation also filed a closure report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 04.12.2019. On referred charge sheet, notice was also served to the petitioner and the defacto complainant. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned court by way of protest petition.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
