ORDER

The petitioner filed a representation to the second respondent by way of an appeal stating that the document has been registered, illegally in document No.3260 of 2015 on 23.12.2015. Seeking appropriate orders on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending appeal.

3. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal/representation dated 30.12.2015 submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the parties concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
