JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that after filing of the Appeal by the Appellant against the interim order dated 30.12.2016, filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator, Thiru.K.S.Unni, a final order was passed on 28.04.2017. Since the matter became final and the appellant has not questioned the correctness of the same, the prayer sought for in the Appeal has become infructuous.
