When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and a final report has been filed before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C No.8670 of 2021. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
