Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to furnish the petitioners all the material papers relating to Na.Ka.No.4279/2017/B2 dated 23.06.2017 in order to participate and to proceed with the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2017.
