ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.7281 of 2015 dated 23.07.2023, thereby respondents 1 & 2 were directed to upgrade the post of Secondary Grade Teacher hold by the petitioner as BT Assistant with effect from 01.06.2002 within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that aggrieved by the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition, writ appeal was filed, wherein interim order of stay has been obtained.

3. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed at 2/4

present.
