Mrs.R.V.Jayanthi has filed the present writ petition seeking a limited direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her pending representation dated 22.2.2016 to enter the qualification of B.A.(English) in her service book, so as to enable her name to be included in the panel to be drawn for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant.

This Court, considering the limited prayer, hereby directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.2.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
