This petition has been filed on behalf of the writ petitioners to implead the 4th respondent herein as one of the party respondent in the main writ petition.

2. Since the 4th respondent herein is the National Medical Commission and whose role is crucial in deciding as to whether the admissions made in respect of the petitioners was inconsonance with the regulations which are in vogue and in this regard in order to have a complete and effective adjudication of the issue raised in this writ petition, the presence of the 4th respondent herein is necessary. Therefore, this Court feels that this petition can be allowed, accordingly it is ordered.
