The petitioner has preferred the present petition to consider the representation dated 15.04.2025 and to prohibit all unauthorised and unlicensed individuals from engaging in massage therapy at Hogenakkal Waterfalls.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that they are recognised massage operators, whereas many people are indulged in illegal activities in the name of Massage Nalasangam with regard to the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 4th respondent, however, no action has been taken, hence this petition.

4. It is the contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the 4th respondent would consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders as per law.

5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate Page 2 / 4

(Crl.Side), the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders as per law and the said exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of a order.
