The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore, has already been quashed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25214 of 2018, dated 29.10.2018.

2. In view of the above development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
