O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the entire stamp duty as demanded by the Registering Authority was paid by the petitioner and the registered document was released and the petitioner acknowledged the same.

2. That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, since the document was presented for registration under Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908.
