These petitions have been filed (i) to declare the appellants 5 to 9 as Majors and discharge their respective guardians and (ii) to bring on record the 9th petitioner herein as the 10th appellant in the above second appeal and they being the legal heirs of the 2nd appellant viz., N.Matheswaran alias Mathesrajan (since deceased).

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter after two weeks.
