Meter by Sub Division Natham Survey No.317/1 and (2) Patta No.982 illegally issued by the fourth respondent in the name of the sixth respondent for the Poromboke Land measuring to an extent of 00037 Sq. Meter by Sub Division Natham Survey No.317/18 situated at Ayilur Village, Perambalur Taluk and District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2023 and reminder dated 21.08.2023. For the Petitioner : No Appearance For the Respondents : Mr.P.Muthukumar State Government Pleader for R1 to R4

ORDER

2. The petitioner is challenging the patta already granted in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents.

3. There cannot be a public interest involved in private matters. If the petitioner is aggrieved, then there is a remedy available to challenge the patta before the appropriate forum.

4. In the light of that, the writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
