JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Under assail is the order dated 01.03.2023 passed in W.P.No33711 of 2022.

The intra-Court appeal on hand has been instituted mainly on the ground that the writ Court made certain observations affecting the image and reputation of the appellant in his capacity as the General Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Silambam Association.

We have gone through the observations and found that it relates to the facts established before the writ Court. Certain observations made by the writ Court based on certain facts deserves no unnecessary interference from the hands of the Division Bench. If at all any person is personally offended on account of such observations, they can approach the learned single Judge who passed the order for the purpose of considering the same.
