This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No.135 of 2019 dated 07.05.2019 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and case has been closed as "Further action dropped" and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this case.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
