The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.S.Angamuthu, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
