ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent to order for fair investigation in Crime No.125 of 2025 pending on the file of the second respondent and file the final report.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 18.06.2025 by 2.00 p.m in a wordy quarrel, the accused persons attacked the petitioner, his mother, wife and son and caused injuries. The grievance of the petitioner is that though they had mentioned in the complaint that the accused snatched the gold chain of his wife, the same has not been reflected in the First Information Report and some of the accused persons have been left out in the First Information Report.

3. A perusal of the First Information Report indicate that it is only a trivial quarrel between the neighbours. Hence, this Court is of the view that

there cannot be any direction. Let the second respondent conduct the investigation in a fair manner and file final report.
