This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register an FIR as per the directions

issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem District, in Crl.M.P.No.2759 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in compliance with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem District, the first respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No. 530 of 2024.
