Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the writ petitioner.

2. However, the respondents filed counter stating that the name of the writ petitioner is included in the waiting list for compassionate appointment.

3. Thus, it is for the respondents to consider these aspects. However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner filed a Memo on 11.09.2017.

4. In view of the memo filed, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken on the grounds raised in this writ petition.
