A.No.8112 of 2019 in N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This application is filed to bring on record respondents 2 to 4 herein namely, 1. Mrs.Sulochana Samal, 2. Mrs.Gitanjali Samal and 3.Mr.Pradeep Kumar as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above application and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the said application.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this Court by order dated 12.02.2019 directed the respondents to furnish security in A.No.1146 of 2019.. Thereafter, the applicant sent private notice to the respondents 1 and 2 and the same was returned with an endorsement that the second respondent died leaving behind the legal representatives who are proposed to be impleaded as respondents 2 to 4 in A.No.8112 of 2019. It is further stated that the first respondent, who is the son of the second 1 / 2

N.SATHISH KUMAR,J kal respondent, is already on record Therefore, he submits that this application is liable to be allowed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed and proposed respondents 2 to 4 herein are brought on record as respondents 3 to 5 in A.No.1146 of 2019.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and respondents 2 to 4 herein are brought on record as respondents 3 to 5 in A.No.1146 of 2019.

6. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
