This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.18875 of 2023 order dated 22.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
