No. 177/2007/NH45 dated 08.01.2014.

This petition has filed seeking a direction to the First Respondent to pass appropriate order on the Petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner petitioner submitted that the petitioner's parent were lived in the subject property for more than 50 years and also ran a Tea shop. In the meanwhile, the respondents were acquired the petitioner's land for the purpose of extension of National Highway, but the respondents have not paid any compensation to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking appropriate remedy.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation will be considered on merits within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
