These applications are filed to condone the delay of 1078 days in filing this application; to set aside the abatement caused on account of death of the sole respondent/Mrs.Senthil Nayagi and consequentially to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent Mrs.Senthil Nayagi as proposed respondents 2 to 4.

2. Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, Learned Counsel for the proposed respondents 2 to 4 have no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Considering the fact that the matter relates to Will of Mr.Varadharaja Vandaiyar and the proposed respondents are the legal heirs of the sole respondent Mrs.Senthil Nayagi, for complete adjudication, these applications are allowed.
