The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 14.12.2020 within a stipulated time.
2. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner made a representation on 14.12.2020 seeking removal of entry "Panchami land (AD conditions)" in village accounts maintained by Village Administrative Officer in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.472/6 (Ward-C, Block No.08, TSLR No.5/12). However, the said representation has not been considered so far by 1st respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.

At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents that pursuant to the representation made by petitioner on 14.12.2020, the Tahsildar has issued notice for enquiry to the petitioner and he would, thus, submit that petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of sixteen weeks, which was 2/5
agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to 1st respondent, to consider the representation dated 14.12.2020 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons/stake holders, including rival claimants, if any, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of uploading web copy order without waiting for certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
