This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.82 of 2024 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that investigation will be almost completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months. 3.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
