ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.5392/2016/J4, dated 10.03.2016 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to permit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to conduct conference meeting of Indiya Jananayaka Katchi, viz., "Voters Awareness State Conference" to be held at Kattukottai (Samberi) Sarvai Puthur, Thalaivasal, Attur Taluk, Salem District on 19.03.2016 between 3.00 p.m. and 10 p.m. or any other subsequent date.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing this Writ Petition, permission was granted to conduct the said conference meeting at Kaatukottai (Samberi) and it was also conducted. In view of the said submission, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. W.M.P. is closed.
