This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass necessary final orders in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1561/2006 A2 dated 10.02.2016. 2.

Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR&CE) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that an enquiry has been conducted by the authorities and an order has been passed by one Rajamanickam, Joint Commissioner, HE&CE, Salem, in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1561/2016/E2 dated 05.02.2020. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
