Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.08.2019 for regularize the service of the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.134 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries AH6 Department on 12.11.2009 with effect from our initial appointment and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioners is that they are working as daily wage employees in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sheep Farm from the year 1997 onwards and they have been discharging their duties continuously with regular fictional break and have completed more than 10 years of service. Even today they are working as daily wage employees. In this regard the petitioners made representations dated 08.08.2019 seeking regularisation of their services as per G.O.Ms.No.134 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries AH6 Department dated 12.02.2007, but till date the same has been not considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 08.08.2019 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

5.Though the petitioners have sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.08.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
