2.Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the impugned orders, the petitioner has got appeal remedy before the Tribunal, therefore, in the absence of any violation of principles of natural justice, the petitioner may be given liberty to file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appeals before the Tribunal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two weeks time may be granted for filing appeals as against the impugned orders.

4.In view of the same, I direct the petitioner to file appeals as against the impugned orders dated 15.12.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Tribunal is directed to entertain the appeals to be filed by the petitioner without insisting on the question of limitation.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
