ORDER

During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents had placed a copy of the order dated 08.12.2020 in W.P.(MD).No.16379 of 2015 and batch stating that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is already decided by this Court in its entirety. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed that in an identical matters, this Court decided the similar issue on an earlier occasion.

2. On a careful perusal of the facts and circumstances of this case Page No: 2/6

and the findings of this Court in the order dated 08.12.2020 in W.P.(MD).No.16379 of 2015 and batch and that it appears that the Writ Petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, in the light of the order of this Court as stated supra.
