2.Mr.G.Ponnambala Thiyagarajan, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalat for the 10th respondent and he has no objection for the 10th respondent being appointed as guardian of her son, the 2nd respondent herein.

3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
