This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2024 vide order dated 28.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.448 of 2024 before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is unable to arrange the said amount and thereby, he could not comply with the said condition imposed by this Court. Hence, the present petition is filed to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in the first paragraph of the order in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024, the offences have been mentioned as 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC instead of 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and hence, the same may be ordered to be corrected.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Page No.1/3

petitioner, the condition inrespect of deposit amount alone is modified and instead of Rs.20,000/-, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.448 of 2024 before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions shall remain intact.

5. Further, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the offences mentioned in the first paragraph of the order in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024, shall be read as 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC instead 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 03.10.2024 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue a fresh order copy.
