Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion i.e. on 03.12.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal" and thereafter was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The anticipatory bail application pertains to the year 2025, and hence there is no purpose in keeping the anticipatory bail application pending without any progress. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
