ORDER
The present application has been filed to withdraw and transfer G.W.O.P.No.93 of 2024 on the file of Learned Principal District Court at Pudukottai, to the file of this Hon'ble Court to try along with G.W.O.P.No.723 of 2023.
2. No representation on the side of the respondents.
3. The present original petition had been filed by the petitioner/mother in the month of August 2023, seeking permanent custody of the minor child and the respondent herein, who is the father of the minor, had also entered appearance through Video-Conferencing. Thereafter, the respondent/father seems to have initiated a G.W.O.P on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai in G.W.O.P.No.93 of 2024. A copy of the petition enclosed would show that the respondent/father herein had been represented by a Power of Attorney and that the Power of Attorney had verified the said Original Petition on 14.06.2024 i.e., much after the filing of the instant original petition before this Court.

It is also further to be noted that this Court in Transfer C.M.P.No.160 of 2023 dated 08.04.2024, at the instance of the petitioner herein had withdrawn and transferred H.M.O.P.No.11 of 2023 on the file of Family Court, Pudukottai to the file of Sub-Court at Alandur, by considering the facts therein, in such view of the matter, I do not find any impediment in transferring G.W.O.P.No.93 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District
Judge, Pudukottai to be tried along with in the instant Original Petition.

In fine, the application in A.No.162 of 2025 in O.P.No.723 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for and G.W.O.P.No.93 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai shall be withdrawn and be listed along with the instant Original Petition in O.P.No.723 of 2023. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
