ORDER
The petitioner is the wife. She got married to the respondent on 29.11.1998 at Rasipuram. From the wedlock, a male child was born, who has now completed his graduation.

2. Wisdom has dawned on the husband to initiate proceeding for divorce, after so many years, in H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Palacode, Dharmapuri District.
3. The petitioner pleads that as she is the permanent resident of Rasipuram, she finds difficulty to travel from Rasipuram to Palacode. Hence, this transfer petition.
4. Taking into consideration the difficulty expressed by the wife and the fact that the distance that she has to travel from Rasipuram to Palacode, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition.
5. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Palacode, Dharmapuri District is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Rasipuram, Namakkal District.
6. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands Page No 2 of 4
