This case came up for hearing on 20.04.2021, where there was no representation for the petitioners, therefore it was directed to be listed in June 2021. Accordingly, it was further listed on 15.06.2021 and on that date also, there was no representation for the petitioners, however, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents alone was present. Hence this Court directed to list the matter today under the caption "For Dismissal", accordingly, it was listed today under the said caption.

2. Even today also, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioners, despite the respondents counsel are present.
