(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband viz. R.Selva @ Selvakumar, S/o.Rajendran, aged 34 years before this Court based on her complaint dated 19.08.2019 given to the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu is a mentally retarded person and he died on 16.08.2019 itself in a train accident. He would further submit that the body of the detenu was handed over to the petitioner on identification of the body of the detenu. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced a Post Mortem Certificate dated 31.08.2019 of the detenu.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.
