The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the Criminal Revision case against the order passed in M.P.No.697 of 2019 in M.C.No.438 of 2018 before the III Additional Family Judge, III Additional Principal Judge, II Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Mr.N.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
