ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The husband of the detenue has filed this petition. It is the case of the petitioner that the detenue, who was travelling along with his family members in a train from Chennai to Rameswaram, disappeared when the petitioner's son and others were sleeping on the berth. After the complaint was registered by the second respondent on 19.09.2023 for 'woman missing', the petitioner came forward to file this petition, as the respondent police was unable to secure the detenue.

2. After filing of this case, the detenue was secured and produced before this Court today. The detenue was apologetic for what she has done and now willing to go with her husband. Considering the statement of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is closed after recording that the detenue has joined with her husband.
